  • To authenticate your access to the client portal

3. Authentication & Session Management

We use cookies to maintain authenticated sessions in your client portal. These cookies are essential for security and allow you to stay logged in while accessing your projects and files. We offer two authentication methods:

  • Google OAuth: Sign in using your Google account. Google handles your authentication securely, and we only receive your basic profile information (name and email).
  • Email Magic Links: We send you a secure, time-limited link to authenticate without requiring a password.

Session cookies expire after a period of inactivity for security purposes.

4. File Storage & Data Security

Project files and uploaded content are stored securely in Supabase Storage, a cloud storage service with enterprise-grade security measures. Your files are:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Only accessible to you and 850 Media Productions team members working on your project
  • Available in your client portal for download and access during the project and for 90 days after completion
  • Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
